Ultrasonic Leather Cutting

The Ultrasonic Leather Cutting Machine is capable of automatically cutting leather or synthetic leather according to the provided design file in DXF format. Once the drawing file, detailing the desired shape to be cut, is input into the equipment, it can execute the cutting process accordingly.
The Ultrasonic Leather Cutting Machine operates by generating rapid micro-vibrations at a rate of 15,000 to 20,000 times per second (15kHz-20kHz/sec) on the blade. This minimizes the cutting friction resistance on leather, ensuring a clean cut surface. Moreover, it is designed to minimize various defects that may arise during manual operations, thereby maximizing productivity.
