Ultrasonic Generator

• Ultrasonic generator without a control unit is available for integration into special-purpose systems and production lines
• Equipped with functions such as AVR (Automatic Voltage Regulator), FULL Auto Tuning, and amplitude control, it is suitable for consistent welding quality production in automated manufacturing
• With its perfect overload function, malfunctions of the amplifier and vibration unit are minimized
• 30 KHz 1,000 watt, 20 KHz 2,000 watt and 15 KHz 3,000 watt
• Ultrasonic vibration and error signal are controlled by external signal

Actuator

• pneumatic cylinder with 63mm diameter and maximum pressure of 200 kg
• Easy to integrate into special-purpose systems and production lines
• Installation of internal trigger mechanism and precision stroke adjustment device
• Implementing precise operation with LM rails
