Ultrasonic Plastic Welding Machine

Precision Control, Stable Performance, Perfect Welding Quality

MECSTECH’s ultrasonic plastic welding systems are industrial-grade solutions designed to join a wide range of plastic materials with high speed and precision.

With a wide automatic tuning range and precise amplitude control, the system maintains stable output even under temperature fluctuations and varying load conditions, minimizing defect rates and ensuring consistent welding quality.

In addition, superior durability and a highly stable circuit design result in significantly lower failure rates compared to conventional systems, enabling reliable long-term operation.

Key Features

01

Wide automatic tuning range

Maintains optimal oscillation despite temperature rise, horn wear, and environmental changes

02

Operating frequency display and memory function

Automatically stores frequency after welding for stable operation and easy inspection of the vibration unit

03

Advanced digital circuitry for precise frequency and amplitude control

Ensures stable ultrasonic output and accurate oscillation control despite environmental changes or component tolerances

04

Soft start function

Prevents impact at initial oscillation, extending horn life and reducing the risk of damage

05

Electronic amplitude adjustment (50–100%)

Allows easy digital amplitude control without changing the main horn or machining tool horns

06

Precision overload protection system

Protects the amplifier by continuously monitoring current, voltage, phase, and frequency

07

LCD monitoring system

Displays welding conditions, frequency, and error information in real time

08

Pass/fail evaluation by energy and time modes

Automatically analyzes welding results to support quality control

09

Two-stage speed control of pneumatic drive

Improves both welding precision and productivity (High-speed descent → low-speed welding → high-speed return)

10

360° rotatable vibration unit structure

Detachable vibration unit with full 360-degree rotation for easy and flexible setup

11

Cast jig plate with horizontal adjustment (optional)

Vibration-absorbing structure for precise height adjustment and stable positioning

12

Work table (optional)

Mobile work table with profile structure, allowing amplifier storage and level fixation

13

Load cell pressure trigger system (optional)

Automatically starts ultrasonic oscillation upon reaching a preset pressure for precision welding

14

RS-232C / RS-485 ultrasonic data communication (optional)

Enables data integration with external equipment and real-time status monitoring
