MECSTECH’s conveyor-type ultrasonic cake cutting system is a high-efficiency production solution designed for continuous cutting of square cakes and roll cakes through an automated conveyor transport system.
Utilizing ultrasonic vibration at 20kHz (20,000 cycles per second), the system minimizes friction during cutting and delivers significantly cleaner cut surfaces compared to conventional cutting methods.
