MECSTECH’s industrial ultrasonic cutting system generates ultrasonic vibration at 20kHz (20,000 vibrations per second) at the blade, minimizing cutting resistance and thermal deformation during operation.
This enables precise cutting of a wide range of difficult-to-cut industrial materials—such as synthetic resins, rubber-based products, nonwovens, films, and composite materials—while minimizing material damage.
The system is suitable for both manual operation and integration into automated production lines, making it ideal for continuous production and high-speed cutting processes.
