MECSTECH’s rotary automatic ultrasonic cake cutting system utilizes ultrasonic vibration at 20kHz to deliver clean, precise cuts while fully automating the entire process—from cutting and transfer to portion discharge.
Once an operator places a round cake onto the loading jig, the system automatically positions the cake onto the cutting jig and performs cutting according to the preset number of portions.
After ultrasonic cutting is completed, the cutting jig rotates automatically, sequentially transferring each portion to the discharge area, achieving complete automation from cutting to output without manual intervention.
