MECSTECH’s single-blade ultrasonic cake cutting system generates microscopic blade vibration at 20kHz (20,000 cycles per second), minimizing friction between the blade and the product to deliver significantly cleaner and more precise cuts than conventional cutting methods.
Ultrasonic cutting enhances product appearance and marketability while maintaining consistent, clean cutting quality even for soft and delicate food products.
